comfortable stay but minor location inconvenience
The staff were cute and helpful . The room provided a quiet retreat with excellent comfort for rest. Close proximity to the bus stop made it easy to access the city center. The lovely city view added a nice touch to our experience.
The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, which required planning our transportation carefully.

The Room was nice
Extortionate rates for making a call from My room. NO RATES WERE ADCERTISED and I was charged 8 euros per minute for an International call. The most expensive roaming rates on a cellphone are less than 1 euro per minute. I was flabbergasted and disputed the charges which they reluctantly reduced by 30%. At this rate it was still almost 3 times what I would have expected. This is a "screw the client" policy. Because of this, I would never recommend anyone staying there.

A Comfortable Stay in Ghent
We loved the 5-minute walk to the city center, where every alley led to charming cafes. The beds were soft, and our family loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Plus, the staff were helpful, our needs were met every step of the way.
Despite the comfortable room, I found the parking situation to be quite stressful. Navigating through all the pedestrian areas with a rental car was a challenge, and we spent some extra time looking for suitable parking.

size of the rooms and cleanliness
Very poor quality food and far to expensive, everything came out of the Microwave because they were not used to having people eating on saturday night, very strange argument for a hotel. Prices at the hotel are far to high for the quality you get, not the room price but for food and drinks, in the town the prices were nearly half than at the hotel and better quality.

Hotel was clean and a real 4 star hotel, it was all great, we found free parking outside the hotel, there was about 3 spaces only for free.

I appreciated the helpful staff, especially when I had questions about local dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices which was a nice start to my day. I found the hotel suited my needs well.
The room's toilet facility felt outdated, and there was no forced ventilation in the bathroom, steamy after a shower. It took a while to reach the city center.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful; convinient parking; the hotel is very close to the airport. Huge, clean rooms, good bathroom.
The hotel is situated very far from the city center, however the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located located in the city with a good choice of not so expensive restaurants and fast foods around the hotel. Price is not expensive and has a good choice of breakfast provided at nominal price. Some hotels charge ridiculous 20 Euros.
The choice of food at the restuarant is limited.

Great stay with comfy beds!
The staff were super friendly, and I loved chilling in the bar area. The room was spotlessly clean, and that bed-so comfy! Just a little bummer about the parking situation being a bit tricky to navigate. Breakfast was great too with plenty of options to choose from.
